This Role Offers:

• A non-traditional, flexible full-time schedule (40 hours/week) to ensure optimal patient coverage.
• Examples may include Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–7pm or Sunday–Thursday, 11am–8pm , depending on agency needs.
• A dynamic float admissions RN position that supports multiple teams and helps meet patients where they are.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients wherever they call home.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Provide clinical, emotional, and educational support to families and caregivers.
• Advocate for patients by offering education on conditions, treatment options, and available resources.
• Support the mission of dignified end-of-life care and advocate for comfort, respect, and quality of life—ALWAYS.

What You Need:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Clinical experience in hospice, palliative, geriatric, or home health (preferred but not required).
• A calm, compassionate presence—even in high-stress situations.
• Integrity, independence, and the ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• A passion for making a difference—one patient, one family, one moment at a time.
