The position requires a professional, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. This person needs to be detail-oriented and likes to work well in a fast-paced production team environment.

Position Overview:
The purpose of this role is to manage all jobs from start to finish. Oversee employees and aid in completing the assignments correctly and promptly.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all jobs from start to finish, checking job tickets and ensuring all information is correct.
• Work with the sales team to understand the client's needs and develop plans to produce projects.
• Manage graphic designers, explain jobs if needed, and help with all questions and problems. Get all necessary answers from salespeople or customers to enable the job to go smoothly into production.
• Make sure all materials for jobs are in-house and work with purchasing to order any materials needed.
• Work with the Floor Shop manager and keep him informed of jobs coming in and when they are due.
• Supervise jobs while in production on the floor to check the quality, color, size, and finishing of visuals and graphics as they are produced. This is to help try and stop problems before they happen.
• Once jobs are complete, inspect that they are correct and match the description on the job ticket. Pack out all materials and prepare for shipping/delivering per job ticket.
• Handle shipping of all jobs, whether FedEx/UPS/Freight/Messenger or EAC driver.
• Help out on the shop floor whenever necessary to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• High School Degree a must. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in production management within printing or fabrication facility.
• Familiarity and knowledge of large-format printing are a plus.
• Capable in decision-making, team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and flexibility to work on multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication skills.
• Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Being Able to be on feet for ¾ of the day and work on the shop floor is a must.
• Ability to Work Paid Overtime to meet job deadlines if need be.
