Compensation Details:

Earn between $28 - $32 per hour (based on experience) plus exciting commissions for sales beyond the root of the call. Enjoy a $250 on-call bonus for overtime spent servicing emergency customers!

Your Role

We are on the lookout for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who thrive in a collaborative environment, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering top-notch service. As a key player in our mission, you will help people live comfortably in their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction by offering transparent recommendations and explaining financing options without pushing unnecessary products.
• Conduct thorough testing and repairs on HVAC systems, identifying malfunctions and replacing or repairing parts as needed.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and clear recommendations to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute authorized work with precision and timeliness.
• Document detailed accounts of work performed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through continuous education opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NORA Certification is a plus (not required).
• Availability for a rotating on-call schedule.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
