JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience teaching in a primary or elementary school setting
• A passion for creating an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities for the Homeroom Teacher:

1. Lead Your Classroom : Foster a positive, engaging, and structured environment for students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
2. Curriculum Delivery : Plan, implement, and evaluate lessons based on the American curriculum, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and student needs.
3. Student Support : Provide personalized support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth while fostering a love for learning.
4. Parental Communication : Regularly communicate with parents to provide updates on student progress and discuss any concerns or achievements.
