Show us your coldest stare or wicked talent, and we’ll bring you to the dark side as a scare actor or performer. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Jump out at guests from the darkest corners and best hiding spots as they walk through our scare zones
• Transform into a frightening creature with full makeovers and costumes
• Assist in costume maintenance and repair
• Make appearances at special park events
• Occasionally serve as an usher for other entertainment venues in the park
• Maintain professional standards in accordance with all Six Flags policies
• Other job duties as assigned

How You Will Do It:

• Maintain screams and safety at all times
• Keep escape routes and work locations clean
• Be able to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags mantra
• Be playful and friendly with an outgoing personality
• Have a positive attitude to deliver the most terrifying experience possible
• Can’t be afraid of the dark

What You Will Need:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods in varied weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• Must be able to perform in an enclosed costume, having limited sight lines
• Must be willing to comply with company health and safety procedures and ensure guest compliance. 
• Height and weight may be required for proper fit in specific costumes
• Have a good attitude, good appearance, and participate as a member of the team
• Able to work various shifts as projects and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
