Executive Assistant to CEO - $250k
A prestigious finance firm is looking to add a motivated and meticulous Executive Assistant to their hard-working, collaborative and energetic team. This is a fast-paced job for someone who takes great pride in their work - a role for a true "right-hand" to a C-level executive who understands the importance of poise, resourcefulness and attention to detail.
The individual in this position will be based out of a newly designed, gorgeous Manhattan office. He/she will act as the executive's gatekeeper - liaising with high-profile clients and business contacts on a daily basis, and determining priority level of calls, meetings and tasks.
Extensive experience managing a busy calendar and coordinating domestic and international travel, along with detailed itineraries (hotels, car service, reservations) is required.
Resumes must illustrate experience supporting a high-profile individual in a corporate setting for a minimum of 10 years . This is a job for someone who wants to build a long-term career facilitating the day-to-day life of a C-level executive.
