Key Responsibilities:

• Advise individual clients on real estate issues, including timeshare and HOA disputes.

• Negotiate with developers, management companies, and collection agencies.

• Provide legal counsel regarding contracts, purchase agreements, and regulatory obligations.

• Manage client intake processes and evaluate consumer bankruptcy and condominium-related concerns.

• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients.

• Coordinate strategy development with legal team members.

• Track legal developments in timeshare, consumer protection, and real estate law.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience practicing as a licensed attorney.

• Strong interest in consumer rights and legal advocacy.

• Ability to manage a high-volume docket of client matters with precision and care.

• Experience in real estate or consumer protection litigation preferred.

• Familiarity with bankruptcy or client intake a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (Minnesota or North Carolina preferred but not required).

Skills:

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

• Strong negotiation ability and comfort working with opposing parties.

• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• High emotional intelligence and a passion for protecting consumer rights.

• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team model.
